Gee, I guess I read a lot!!

I just added book # 13 to my listing of books read this year. And, in actuality, that number should be larger --- because I don't always think to write down the quilting books that I read. But even without those I think I have done exceptionally well in the reading department!

Most of my reading is done at lunch on workdays. It is amazing how much reading can be done in 45 minute increments!

I have downloaded alot of pictures of Spring arrivals in my yard. . . .but I don't have them on this computer, so I will have to post those shortly with my other computer.

For those of you that may be wondering; Bogart was at the vet's office on Monday night because he was not eating and was vomiting. The vet did blood work (which came back normal yesterday) and I am just waiting to see if his insulin level needs to be adjusted once the fructosomin (sp?) results are back. He has been eating some dry food mixed with baby food (I'm amazed at how many have onion powder in them!) and seems to be getting back to his "old self". Although it does appear that he has started to get a little "confused" at times (which is understandable given his age).

So my boy is on the mend, I'm in a better place mentally and the sun is out. . . life can be very good!

JESUS CAN'T COME BACK FAST ENOUGH

I have been worried sick over my ailing, aged buddy, Bogart, for the past couple of days since he has been getting very disoriented and his hearing and eyesight are failing rather quickly. It breaks my heart to see him like this, but then he comes in (most of the time we carry him in since the steps are too much for his arthritic legs) and curls up beside me & goes to sleep while I'm petting him and I think that maybe he's doing ok.

Jesus can't come back fast enough to give these "artists" their just rewards. . . NOW you know why I just HATE some people.

Jesus, please forgive me, I cannot always turn the other cheek. . . .and I can't pray for this artist, but please accept my fervent prayers that you will watch over ALL your Father's creations and help them, and us, in our time of need. All God's children say. . . . . . AMEN!!!!
