Still openings for PIF

There are still 2 more openings for the PIF program that I posted about here.

I can't tell you what I will be making. . . . and it could be different things for different people. . . but it will be something fun.

Looking forward to hearing from 2 more people so I can "close" out my part of the trade.

FNSI -- I've been doing some sewing. . . . .

I didn't get a chance to post my FNSI happenings earlier today. . . . but I did get some sewing done.

Some of it was "secret sewing" so I can't show you that.

But, I did get some finishing touches for my swap blocks.  Here are the pics:

These first 4 pictures are for the 6-month long Birthday Block swap that I am doing through Quilt Forum.  The theme for this month's blocks were "in my garden".  I hope that the recipient likes what I chose to do.

This block is the block for my September partner from Block Swap Adventure. 

I love the old, traditional blocks. . . . they always look nice no matter what fabrics you use.

I'm hoping to get more sewing done today. . . . need to finish up some more secret sewing and want to get some more block swap blocks kitted up for sewing later.

Pay It Forward

I have signed up with Cathy to be one of her Pay It Forward recipients.  I won't know when I will receive my gift from her --- except that it will be some time in the next 12 months.

Since I registered with her I have to now open up the sign-ups for 3 people for which I will make something with 12 months of the time that they registered.
