I haven't disappeared (at least not yet)!

I'm amazed that it has been more than month since I posted on this blog. . .but I have been busy and, well, some things have to take a back seat & while trying to think of stuff to talk about has never been a problem for me it has been a "good thing" that I kept my tongue firmly in check. . . or I could have really gone a good rant.

For eye candy here are some pictures:

This is the quilt I sent for the Miniature Booty Swap I swap. There are 25 or more different greens in this piece & there are over 35 different floral fabrics. It was made completely from stash (can't believe that I had THAT many greens because I don't care for green fabrics!!).


This is the quilt that I sent out for the 4 Seasons Quilt Swap Spring installment. I tried to break up all the sharp angles by putting a little ladybug on the quilt.





This is the quilt that I sent out for the Doll Quilt Swap III that was run by Ginger through the Quilt Forum @ about.com. There are 13 different fabrics in the quilt top. My DH wants a duplicate made since he loves the way the quilt came out. The blue in the center is not that bright. . .but I don't know how to adjust the colors so I am leaving the picture as it stands.



Things should start to quiet down for me. . . .unless additional family situations flare up just as unexpectedly as the ones I have just gotten through did.

Stay tuned for a picture of my quilt for the 4 Seasons Quilt Swap -- Summer installment. I mapped out the design on EQ6 and have been buzzing along with it. . .and hope to have it in the mail prior to the deadline for mailing.
